Who is eligible for receiving Home Visiting Physicians services?
Patients who are homebound are eligible for home visiting physicians services. Homebound means he or she has difficulty getting to a doctor’s office due to physical limitations or medical conditions.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept Medicare. Private pay options are also available. Please call our office to get more information.
Do you take private pay patients?
Yes. We accept cash, check or money order at the time of the home visit.
How quickly can a doctor visit?
Home doctor visits can typically be scheduled within 24-48 hours of referral to our company.
Is in home care offered on the weekend?
Yes, our Home Visiting Physicians are available to visit patients over weekend. We also have on-call physicians available.
What if I need an urgent house call?
Our physician will visit patients as soon as possible so we can prevent emergency room visits or hospitalization.
What other healthcare services can patient receive at home?
Our physicians can provide physical examinations, wellness and preventive services, laboratory services, diagnostic testing, mobile x-ray, and ultrasound.
Can patients still see their Primary Care Physician?
Yes, patients can still visit their Primary Care Physician.
